EZ Home Services LLC ("EZ Home," "we," "us," or "our") provides roofing and exterior services to homeowners in Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through ezhomeservicesllc.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site or our services, you agree to this policy.

We collect information you provide directly to us when you:

• Submit a contact form, inspection request, or quote request (name, email, phone, property address, message)
• Use our Instant Quote tool (property address, roof material selection, satellite imagery of your property pulled from Google)
• Reply to a follow-up email or magic-link email
• Apply for a job by emailing us your resume

We also collect information automatically when you visit the site:

• Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL)
• Analytics events through Google Analytics 4 (page views, clicks, session duration)
• Cookies used to maintain session state and remember preferences

We use the information we collect to:

• Vercel: website hosting and serverless infrastructure
• Email and workflow providers used to deliver quote emails and route leads to our team

Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy practices. We may also disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights.

We retain lead and quote data for up to 24 months from your last interaction so we can follow up or warranty claims can be honored. Customer records (signed contracts, completed jobs, warranty documents) are retained indefinitely as part of our business records. You can request earlier deletion of your data by emailing us.
